You will contribute directly to the development and enhancement of our core products. You will work on real features, real codebases and real production systems alongside our engineering team.

What You Will Do

• Develop and enhance features across our core products

• Build and maintain backend APIs and microservices

• Contribute to frontend development and user-facing features

• Work with databases and data storage systems to support product functionality

• Participate in gathering and clarifying technical requirements

• Prototype solutions and validate approaches quickly

• Write clear, maintainable documentation for features and systems

• Contribute to internal tools and workflows that improve product delivery

• Participate in code reviews and apply best practices in software development

• Support technical research to drive product growth

What You Actually Are

• You have strong CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms and software engineering principles are not just things you studied, they are how you think

• You write clean, readable code and take pride in it

• You are comfortable working across the stack — you do not stop at the frontend or the backend

• You ask good questions, learn from feedback and apply it immediately

• You take ownership of your tasks and follow through without needing to be chased

• You are curious about how systems work end-to-end, not just your part of it

Non-Negotiables

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience

• Strong foundational knowledge in data structures, algorithms and software engineering principles

• Hands-on experience with software development in one or more modern programming languages

• Familiarity with backend web development including APIs, microservices and databases

• Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate tradeoffs

Strong Plus

• Experience with full stack frameworks — React, Next.js, Node.js or similar

• Exposure to speech, audio or AI/ML systems

• Experience working with containerisation tools such as Docker or Kubernetes

• Prior internship or project experience in a product or startup environment
