About the Role

VALSEA is building the speech intelligence layer for Southeast Asia, turning real-world, accented, code-switched speech into structured, usable outputs for businesses. We are at an inflection point and looking for a CEO to lead the company through its next phase of growth.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a company with a differentiated product, active enterprise pilots and a clear path to revenue, and take it to the next level.

What You Will Own

• Set and execute the overall company strategy and vision

• Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relationships

• Build and close enterprise sales, owning revenue from pipeline to contract

• Represent VALSEA externally with clients, partners, investors and the media

• Lead and grow a high-performing team across engineering, product and commercial

• Drive go-to-market strategy across Southeast Asia and beyond

• Ensure operational excellence and financial discipline across the company

What We're Looking For

• Proven startup experience, you have built or scaled an early-stage company before

• Strong sales track record, you have personally closed enterprise deals

• Exceptional leadership, you inspire teams and make hard decisions with clarity

• Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore, with openness to move to the US

• Minimum age 20, we care about maturity and judgement, not years

• Excellent communicator, able to represent VALSEA at the highest levels

Strong Plus

• Familiarity with AI, speech technology or the Southeast Asian market

• Existing investor or enterprise network in SEA or the US

• Experience raising venture capital
